General Hull is a high-rank member of the MD-Foundation, responsible for facility defenses and control management.[1] He hosted Circus Baby's second interview.

Secret Meeting[]
Agent Mark Robs and General Hull meet to talk about the recent events that had happened at the Foundation, namely Springtrap and Michael Afton's escape. Among other things, General Hull mentions a supposed security breach in the CCTV system of the Foundation, causing footage to be leaked to a kind of "interweb site" by an unknown individual.
Circus Baby's Second Interview[]
General Hull hosts this interview by apparently unlawful means, as it is pointed out by Agent Dennis Crane when he finds out about this. Before being caught by Agent Crane, General Hull manages to make some progress on getting answers from Circus Baby.

It can be affirmed that General Hull is seen as a bad person by Foundation staff, given that they deem Hull's ways uncivilized and cruel. He has an overall negative sentiment against the animatronics, viewing them as violent monsters. He isn't fond of Agent Crane or Michael Afton, considering that Agent Crane grew softer and that Michael took advantage of that in order to flee Foundation's facilities.
General Hull has also been shown to be negligent and careless about Foundation rules. According to the interview's log, it is unknown whether he had permission to conduct the interview in the way he did or not, opening the possibility of him having unlawfully used the Scooper against Circus Baby.
