Inquiry Room has not been given an official name; as such, this name is purely conjectural. However, it will be used until an official name is released.
The Inquiry Room is a hall, similar to a courtroom, which was seen for the first and only time in Episode 5 from Season 2: Agent Crane’s Fate, F-H-U Inquiry. The people who presided Agent Crane's hearing were supposedly the founders of the MD-Foundation, who are never seen again later in the series.
