The video begins with a boy sitting on a bench in a sort of park. On the bench there are several bags and the boy is shown eating, staring right into the camera. The footage flickers at times, showing Springtrap's face over the boy's and also pictures of a dark hallway. The video moves on to a scene showing several people wearing some kind of mask resembling a chimpanzee's snout. After all of that, the screen shows a "NO SIGNAL" message. At the end of the video, a television with the words "MD-PTV" appears, with the camera slowly moving away from it.
Throughout the duration of the video, a choppy voice can be heard in the background saying "I can't breathe". This voice is likely Springtrap's, as it would match his comments about how excruciating is for him to talk or move and how his throat was torn apart.[1]
