James White was an agent of the MD-Foundation. In Episode 6 from Part 1, he was tasked to take a small sample from Springtrap's decaying flesh within this entity's chamber, with Agent Crane overseeing the procedure. Moments after creating a small incision on one of the entity's lower abdomen flesh tendrils, Springtrap became enraged and emitted a painful screech. Immediately afterwards, Springtrap kills Agent White by breaking his neck.[1]
